Rent payable weekly in advance

Bed linen and towels included. For weekly occupancy these will be changed weekly on Fridays.

Cleaning will be provided on Wednesdays

Strictly non-smoking

There is a working fireplace – firewood will be supplied in the winter months

Tenants may entertain up to 3 guests in the evening (max 2 additional cars). Guests are requested to leave quietly not later than midnight

 One key will be provided per occupant

At the end of each rental period the cottage must be left tidy and with all cutlery/crockery/pans washed up and put away and rubbish placed in the outside bins
